Return Policies

  •         If the product damaged during transportation, not as described, Manufacturing Defect customers can return and get refund or can get replacement.
  •         Return must be raised within 7 day from the date of delivery.
  •         If the product is covered under seller or brand warranty customer can claim. For more information please contact us.
  •         Valid return reasons.

o   Product is damaged during transportation.(i.e. Broken or destroyed)

o   Missing product’s items or accessories.

o   Wrong item not as described, fake item or expired.

  •         Return Conditions

o   Product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices and other accessories.

o   The products must be without any flaws.

o   Customer must return the item with the manufacturer’s packaging (Same packaging/box should return and should indicate the order number and tracking information to avoid any delays).

  •         If the return item does not meet above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for refund.
  •         If the item rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 5-6 days. If the item failed to deliver the customer no refund will be given.

Refund Policies

  •         Once we have received your product and it meets the return policies, the product will be eligible for a refund.

     The refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself.

  •         Refund methods

o   Debit/Credit card -4-5 working days.

o   Refund vouchers-1-2 working days.
